Waiters

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated male and female waiters to join our team at a well-established restaurant located in Bahawalpur DHA. This full-time, on-site position offers a consistent schedule in a dynamic work environment. The role requires commitment to 12-hour shifts, working Monday through Sunday, and focuses on delivering excellent service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work long shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
