MCH Campus, located in Samanabad, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Warden to join our team. The Warden will be responsible for overseeing the mental, physical, and academic development of children under the supervision of the Campus Head. This is a full-time, on-site residential position within the campus premises, requiring the candidate to live on campus and actively engage in the daily care and management of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to the children’s daily timetable.
- Promote personality grooming and maintain personal hygiene standards among the children.
- Maintain discipline while strictly prohibiting any form of corporal punishment.
- Monitor children continuously, both during the day and night, to ensure a high standard of care.
- Provide quality care for sick children and maintain accurate health records.
- Supervise children during designated study periods as outlined in the daily routine.
- Attend all scheduled meals with the children, monitor the quality of food served in the mess, and report any discrepancies to senior administrators.
- Organize social and recreational activities to support the children’s overall development.
- Maintain comprehensive educational and healthcare records and address queries related to orphan care.
- Supervise supporting staff involved in various activities, fostering their morale and personality development.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by competent authorities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree, M.Ed., or Dars-e-Nizami qualification.
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience as a Warden or House Master.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and queries efficiently under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email communication.
- Good presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of database management systems is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with at least two years of experience as a Warden or House Master are preferred.
- The position requires a mature, married individual aged between 25 and 42 years.
- The role offers a monthly salary range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.
