Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

Dawlance, a leading home appliance brand in Pakistan since 1980 and a key subsidiary of Beko since 2016, is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join its Supply Chain Team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operators, sales teams, and dealers to ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), including proper storage, stacking, and handling of all stock keeping units (SKUs).
- Monitor market fulfillment, sales commitments, and delivery schedules to guarantee timely execution and resolve any pending dispatches or delivery issues.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile inventory records in collaboration with 3PL operators.
- Identify and address inventory discrepancies, operational inefficiencies, and dispatch-related challenges by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain periodic reports on warehouse and logistics performance, covering inventory status, dispatches, deliveries, and market fulfillment.
- Oversee picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure strict adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with 3PL operations is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in warehouse operations management, stock audit and reconciliation, 3PL vendor management, and data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
