Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Accounts Assistant based in Karachi, preferably residing in or near the Korangi Industrial Area. This role is open to male candidates only. The successful candidate will support inventory management and basic accounting functions within a manufacturing and import environment. The position offers a monthly salary range of PKR 40,000 to 55,000 and requires in-person attendance at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure inventory integrity.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system data to identify discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels proactively to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to facilitate effective inventory planning.
- Update and manage inventory data using ERP, CRM, or other inventory management software.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods within the warehouse to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports and assist during annual stock audits.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in parts inventory control, warehouse management, supply chain management, and basic accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or import setup.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with ERP/CRM software systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
