warehouse Executive

UTM Pvt Ltd is looking for a dependable and experienced Warehouse Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of stock and materials. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments to maintain accurate inventory records and optimize warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels consistently.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing materials to ensure proper documentation and handling.
- Ensure goods are stored safely and handled according to company and safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments to support inventory needs.
- Manage and update inventory data using warehouse management software systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management (BBA Supply Chain).
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with inventory or warehouse management software.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Work location is in person at the company’s facility in Karachi.
- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 85,000.
- Candidates with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience will be given preference.
