Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Transit Warehouse at Plant-62 in Lahore. Your duties include managing the accurate receipt, storage, documentation, and dispatch of finished goods to the Sundar warehouse. You will coordinate stock movement, create orders, approve gate passes, manage vehicle dispatches, conduct inventory counts, and maintain warehouse documentation. Ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, inventory controls, and HSE standards is essential.

You will supervise warehouse personnel, support training initiatives, manage deviations, change controls, CAPA, and maintain audit readiness. Additionally, you will handle interim order creation and dispatch products from Plant-62, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Required Qualifications
- Pharm.D. degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical warehouse, supply chain, or finished goods operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP transactions, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
- Working knowledge of GMP, FEFO principles, batch traceability, stock control, and pharmaceutical warehouse practices.
- Experience in supporting stock counts, inventory reconciliation, audit preparation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Understanding of deviations, change controls, CAPA, and quality systems is advantageous.

At CCL Pharmaceuticals, you will report to the Senior Manager Warehouse and collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE, and other teams to ensure efficient finished goods movement, inventory accuracy, and compliance.
