Warehouse Incharge (Multan)

Bin Bakar International is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations. The role involves managing inventory, stock control, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to ensure efficient warehouse functioning. The successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, handle stock appropriately, and ensure timely order fulfillment while strictly following company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Manage all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Maintain an organized warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency. Supervise loading and unloading to ensure accuracy and safety. Ensure customer orders are processed and dispatched promptly.

Inventory & Stock Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of inventory and stock movements. Monitor stock levels and work closely with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to maintain adequate stock. Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits. Address discrepancies, shortages, and excess inventory. Apply FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles where applicable. Track and report on damaged, expired, and slow-moving stock items.

Team Management: Lead warehouse staff such as storekeepers, helpers, and loaders. Assign daily tasks and monitor performance to maintain discipline and productivity. Provide training on warehouse procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records including Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs), Delivery Notes, Stock Transfer Notes, and Dispatch Reports. Ensure all inventory movements are properly documented. Prepare regular reports on stock status and warehouse performance. Keep records of stock adjustments, returns, and damaged goods.

Coordination & Compliance: Work collaboratively with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and distribution. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the warehouse. Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or distribution sectors. Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures is essential. Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel is required. Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory management is important. The role demands strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication, coordination, and reporting abilities. The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple warehouse tasks simultaneously is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or import and distribution companies is preferred. Candidates with a background in managing high-volume inventory and multiple SKUs will be given preference. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP-based inventory operations is an advantage.
