Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse and distribution operations within the assigned territory, managing finished goods, raw materials, and related inventory. This role involves establishing and maintaining systems to document fleet and logistics activities in alignment with Coca-Cola’s quality standards. The Warehouse Manager will also provide frontline support to Planning, Operations, and Sales teams to help achieve key business objectives efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize the layout and infrastructure of warehouses handling raw materials, finished goods, and general items to meet future business needs.
- Ensure efficient receipt and management of raw materials and supplies from vendors, coordinating closely with the Procurement department according to purchase order specifications and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and propose the departmental budget to support operational requirements for the upcoming year while driving continuous efficiency improvements.
- Manage the forklift fleet and other warehouse assets, ensuring they remain in excellent, safe working condition and operate within approved fuel and maintenance budgets.
- Oversee relationships with suppliers and service providers, including forklift maintenance vendors and third-party logistics (3PL) partners, to maximize service levels.
- Maintain strong control over warehouse operations to provide maximum operational support with minimal overhead costs, including managing overtime effectively.
- Train and develop warehouse staff to meet operational goals while maintaining an optimal headcount.
- Manage inventory efficiently for new glass and shells within the territory to support both plant production and sales operations.
- Oversee inventory movement, transfer, dispatch, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth plant and sales operations.
- Maintain all warehousing and storage facilities, including rented warehouses, in good and presentable condition.
- Supervise plant warehouse and sales center operations within the territory.
- Manage inventory of finished goods (liquid) and empty stocks at both plant and sales centers.
- Receive and sort glass from the market according to RGB SOP guidelines and ensure timely supply to production as per plan.
- Handle receiving and processing of newly produced stocks from production lines.
- Execute stock transfer plans for finished goods to other territories.
- Manage warehouse shipping operations to ensure timely loading and unloading of sales vehicles, both direct and indirect.
- Develop and implement product handling SOPs aimed at minimizing product wastage.
- Ensure stacking and loading of products follow FEFO/FIFO principles to prevent expiry-related losses.
- Provide accurate and timely daily and monthly warehouse reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Master’s degree is preferred.

This role demands a proactive leader with strong operational management skills, a focus on efficiency, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to support business goals. Experience in warehouse and logistics management within a fast-moving consumer goods environment will be highly advantageous.
