Warehouse Officer/ Assistant & Loader

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team in various roles including Warehouse Officer, Warehouse Assistant, and Loader. These positions require candidates who are committed to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in shipment handling, and adhering to safety standards. The roles are based on-site and offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Officer:
- Monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Verify all shipment-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee shipment reconciliation processes to maintain inventory integrity.
- Prepare detailed reports on warehouse activities and shipment status.
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Warehouse Assistant:
- Receive incoming shipments and perform scanning for accurate tracking.
- Sort and segregate shipments according to destination and priority.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment movements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packed.

Loader:
- Conduct physical loading and unloading of shipments with care and efficiency.
- Shift and arrange shipments within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
- Follow established safety procedures to minimize risk during handling operations.

Required Qualifications

Warehouse Officer:
- Intermediate or Graduate level education.
- Relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.

Warehouse Assistant:
- Intermediate level education.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.

Loader:
- Basic education is preferred.
- Previous experience in loading and unloading is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
