Warehouse operator

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team in various roles, including Warehouse MHE Operator, Warehouse Team Leader, and Warehouse Quality Control (QC) Personnel. These positions are based on-site and offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 50,571.66 to Rs 72,191.14. Candidates will play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.
- Lead and supervise warehouse teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain high standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline warehouse processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and equipment usage.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in roles such as MHE operator, team leader, or quality control.
- Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adhere to safety standards.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
