The Warehouse Supervisor role based in Karachi offers an opportunity to lead and manage daily warehouse operations within a dynamic environment. The position requires overseeing the receipt, storage, dispatch, and reissuance of goods while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities such as receipt, storage, dispatch, and reissuance of materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including verification of approved Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) along with complete documentation prior to dispatch.
- Coordinate effectively with Revenue and Collection, Procurement, Finance, and ERP/SAP teams to streamline warehouse processes.
- Monitor vendor compliance and maintain the Risk and Issues Register to identify and mitigate potential challenges.
- Prepare and submit operational updates and detailed reports to the Program Owner to support decision-making and transparency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role.
- Proficiency in warehouse and inventory management practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and manage a team effectively.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is essential.
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and vendor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational issues promptly.
