We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations at our Lahore location. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in warehouse supervision. This role requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth and compliant warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including the receipt, storage, dispatch, and reissuance of goods.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, including verification of approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), and maintain complete documentation before dispatch.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Revenue and Collection, Procurement, Finance, and ERP/SAP departments to streamline operations.
- Monitor vendor compliance rigorously and maintain an up-to-date Risk and Issues Register to address any operational challenges.
- Prepare and submit regular operational updates and detailed reports to the Program Owner to keep stakeholders informed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management principles.
- Proven team leadership and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
- Experience in vendor management and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This position is based in Lahore and requires the candidate to work on-site.
- The monthly salary for this role is PKR 150,000.
