Fincera Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at its Lahore location. The successful candidate will manage inventory accuracy, ensure proper storage and handling of materials, and coordinate the timely issuance and dispatch of goods to various company departments including projects and showrooms. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise warehouse staff effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure physical inventory matches system data.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders or delivery documents for quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Organize and label materials for easy identification and retrieval.
- Ensure safe handling of materials, tools, equipment, and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation including GRNs, stock issue notes, and delivery challans.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, excess, damaged, or missing items to management.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist with monthly or periodic inventory audits.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Sales, Projects, and Showrooms regarding material requirements and availability.
- Issue materials only against proper authorization and documentation.
- Oversee loading and unloading activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, discipline, and proper storage standards.
- Track and report damaged, expired, obsolete, or slow-moving stock.
- Supervise warehouse helpers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Prepare daily and weekly stock and warehouse activity reports for management.
- Immediately report any stock discrepancies, losses, damages, or unauthorized movements.
- Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably within furniture, interiors, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma/certification.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory or ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting operational deadlines.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring in-person attendance from Monday to Saturday, with working hours as per company policy.
