WE ARE HIRING: AI Video Creator & Editor (On-site)

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who excels at leveraging Generative AI to create hyper-realistic, cinematic, and seamless video content. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in cutting-edge AI tools and traditional post-production techniques to overcome the 'uncanny valley' effect and push the boundaries of photorealistic visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovating within the creative and production space, working full-time on-site at our Rawalpindi location near 6th Road, Kateria Market, F-Block.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI Video Generation: Develop and produce high-quality, realistic video assets with a strong emphasis on physical accuracy and cinematic realism.
- Advanced Prompt Engineering: Design detailed and precise text and image prompts to expertly control motion, lighting, character consistency, and camera physics within generative AI models.
- Audio & Voice Synthesis: Create lifelike and emotionally engaging voiceovers using advanced AI-driven text-to-speech technologies.
- Post-Production & Refinement: Integrate AI-generated clips into traditional non-linear editing software to eliminate visual anomalies, enhance resolution, and perform color grading for broadcast-ready quality.
- Workflow Innovation: Continuously explore and adopt new AI models, beta tools, and workflow improvements to maintain a competitive edge in AI-assisted video production.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated professional experience in video production, editing, and AI-assisted content creation.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering, particularly with diffusion models, to achieve precise control over generative outputs.
- Exceptional eye for cinematic composition, lighting, and photorealistic detail.
- Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot common AI generation issues such as morphing errors, flickering, and anatomical inaccuracies.
- Hands-on experience with the following AI tools or their equivalents:
- Kling AI for dynamic, physically accurate, extended-length video generation.
- Higgsfield AI for maintaining custom character consistency and dynamic camera control.
- ElevenLabs for voice cloning, emotion tuning, and realistic audio synthesis.
- Google AI or similar advanced generative models (e.g., Veo, Lumiere) and node-based AI automation platforms like ComfyUI.
- Proficiency in traditional post-production software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and upscaling software such as Topaz Labs.

Portfolio Requirement:
Applicants must submit a dedicated AI video portfolio showcasing their ability to produce photorealistic scenes. The portfolio should clearly demonstrate skill in both AI generation and traditional editing, resulting in cohesive, broadcast-quality final products. Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.
