Wealth Manager - Private Banking

This full-time, on-site Wealth Manager position is based within the Private Banking Unit in Karachi. The role involves working directly with clients to understand their financial objectives and develop customized wealth management strategies. The Wealth Manager will play a key role in business development by proactively reaching out to prospective clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and professional networks. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline for deposits, wealth, and credit products is a critical part of the daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their financial goals and design tailored wealth management solutions.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and contacting potential clients via multiple communication platforms.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities related to deposits, wealth management, and credit products.
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to manage client portfolios in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Address routine client inquiries promptly to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Work in close coordination with internal teams, including Operations, Back Office, and Middle Office, to facilitate seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong foundation in banking and finance principles.
- Proven experience in wealth management and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
