We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with offshore teams, and maintaining strict adherence to company processes and best practices. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in risk mitigation, timeline management, and cost control while fostering professional development within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent reporting, risk mitigation, timeline adherence, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the software development process to ensure it operates as intended and meets client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Managers to facilitate, encourage, and prioritize project processes.
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects following established Project Management best practices.
- Coordinate communications and meetings with offshore clients to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Deliver project outputs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with agreed-upon scope, maintaining an up-to-date project schedule at all times.
- Support the professional development and training of team members to enhance overall team performance.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Drive project progress by utilizing various processes, meetings, and documentation to identify and address issues promptly.
- Enforce adherence to company guidelines and processes, monitoring compliance throughout the project.
- Ensure the development team maintains proper version control and configuration management.
- Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned with relevant personnel to promote continuous improvement.
- Take full responsibility for the on-time delivery of solutions while complying with all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects effectively.
- Master’s Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with cutting-edge technologies including Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain.
