Our client, Texas Lab Technologies, is seeking a skilled Web Content Writer and SEO Specialist to join their team remotely on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in writing, editing, and managing website content, combined with strong English language proficiency and a solid grasp of SEO principles. This role involves creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various digital platforms, including websites, product and category pages, blogs, and marketing materials focused on laboratory, scientific, medical, and industrial equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching technical products, producing original content, rewriting existing materials, and optimizing all content to enhance search engine visibility. Maintaining consistency across multiple websites and digital channels is essential. Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms is highly desirable. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can deliver accurate, well-structured, and user-friendly content while adhering to brand guidelines and SEO best practices. Collaboration with marketing, product, and management teams will be key to improving website content, boosting online presence, and supporting lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect product content by copying and extracting descriptions, technical specifications, features, and applications from authorized sources.
- Manage product images by downloading, organizing, resizing, renaming, and optimizing them for web use.
- Create, upload, edit, and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce websites.
- Prepare accurate, professional, and properly formatted product descriptions, features, and technical specification tables.
- Organize products into appropriate categories and subcategories, including managing product attributes, variations, and specifications.
- Conduct bulk uploads of product data using Excel, CSV files, and e-commerce bulk import tools.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, meta tags, URLs, and image alt text to be SEO-friendly.
- Perform quality control checks on product information, specifications, images, formatting, duplicate listings, and missing content.
- Maintain product catalogs across multiple independent e-commerce brands.

Required Qualifications
