Web Developer — CRO Landing Pages & WordPress (Onsite, Lahore)

Invomize LLC is a US-registered, full-service Amazon brand management agency and an official member of the Amazon Service Provider Network. Managing over 240 brands across Amazon US, UK, and Canada, the company specializes in PPC, SEO, catalog operations, creative, and FBA services. Currently, Invomize is undertaking a major overhaul of its web presence, including the development of high-converting landing pages for US paid and outbound campaigns, followed by a full redesign of invomize.com using WordPress.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing and hand-coding landing pages based on briefs, brand kits, and reference websites. This includes creating clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript static pages that are fully functional and visually aligned with the brand. You will wire each page for business use by integrating lead-capture forms, Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking, ensuring all tracking is verified before launch. A strong focus will be placed on performance, with a requirement to deliver mobile PageSpeed scores above 90 on every page.

You will also build a reusable component system to streamline the creation of new offer pages, reducing development time significantly. From the second to third month, you will migrate and rebuild the main website on a lightweight WordPress block theme (GeneratePress or Kadence, excluding Elementor), handling redirects, schema markup, and speed optimization. Ongoing tasks include creating new offer pages, developing A/B test variants, publishing blog content, and maintaining the site.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience designing and building web pages independently. You must provide live URLs of projects you both designed and coded, along with the original briefs or references. Proficiency in hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential, with meticulous attention to typography, spacing, and responsive design.

An understanding of premium US-market design standards is required, including the ability to analyze and explain why certain pages convert better and appear more credible. You should be knowledgeable about page performance optimization and able to demonstrate PageSpeed Insights scores. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking is necessary, or you should be able to demonstrate these skills during a practical task.

WordPress expertise at the code level is critical, including working with block/custom themes, child themes, staging environments, and site migrations—beyond just installing templates.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Bonus skills include exposure to conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A/B testing, familiarity with heatmap tools such as Clarity or Hotjar, basic technical SEO knowledge, Git version control experience, and previous work with US or UK clients.

The role offers a competitive salary starting at PKR 100,000 per month, with compensation aligned to demonstrated design and coding capabilities. You will work directly with the founder, benefiting from short decision-making loops and weekly shipped work without multiple approval layers. This position provides ownership of the entire web platform for a growing US-facing agency and is based onsite in Lahore, fostering a professional and accountable team culture.
