We are currently looking for a talented and responsible Web Developer & Designer to oversee complete website projects from initial design stages through development and final deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new websites from the ground up, ensuring modern, user-friendly designs using tools like Figma.
- Perform WordPress theme integration and customization to meet project requirements.
- Manage and maintain existing websites to guarantee optimal performance and uptime.
- Handle hosting server management along with CRM system integrations.
- Optimize website speed and overall performance to enhance user experience.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive and function seamlessly across all devices.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines, ensuring client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in web development and design, with a strong focus on WordPress platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma for creating intuitive and appealing interfaces.
- Solid understanding of website optimization techniques, including speed enhancement and responsiveness.
- Ability to manage hosting environments and integrate CRM systems effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on a variety of project types, including e-commerce websites, business sites, landing pages, and sales pages, is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs60,000 per month, inclusive of basic pay and allowances.
- The role is based in DHA Phase 5, Karachi, with office hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
