Key Responsibilities
As a full-time, on-site Web Developer based in Lahore, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications that support ThriveTechEd’s educational platforms and digital products. Your daily tasks will include implementing front-end interfaces, building back-end functionality, integrating APIs, optimizing website performance, and ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices. You will collaborate closely with designers, content teams, and other technical staff to translate project requirements into efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues, perform regular updates, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall web experience.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in web development and programming, with proficiency in both front-end development and web design as well as back-end web development. Experience with modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, and databases is essential. A solid understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques is preferred. Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are also important. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
