Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver reliable web solutions that align with business needs. The position is based in person at DHA Phase 6, and candidates should be able to commute to this location.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
- Develop and optimize website functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
- Manage website updates, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and perform ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure compatibility of websites across different browsers and devices.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools as needed.
- Implement website security measures, performance optimization, and basic SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to fulfill project requirements.
- Test and debug websites to ensure quality and functionality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in web development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development technologies.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design, website optimization, and database management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs55,000.
