Web Developer

Dexora Digital is seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team based in Sabzazar, Multan. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and be capable of building, managing, maintaining, and enhancing professional websites. This role requires a hands-on approach to developing responsive websites and collaborating closely with design, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites that function seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Utilize WordPress and page builders such as Elementor to create and manage website content.
- Build and manage websites on platforms including Wix, Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace.
- Identify and resolve website bugs, layout inconsistencies, and technical issues promptly.
- Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance to enhance user experience.
- Design and develop landing pages and service pages tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with design, SEO, and marketing teams to align website functionality with business goals.
- Conduct thorough testing of websites across multiple devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and performance.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress and Elementor page builder.
- Experience working with Wix, Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace platforms.
- Solid understanding of responsive web development principles.
- Basic knowledge of custom web development techniques.
- Familiarity with Next.js framework at a foundational level.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple website projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website development practices.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000. This is an in-person role based in Sabzazar, Multan, providing an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in a collaborative office setting.
