Web Developer (with SEO Experience)

Blue Pine Mountain Homes is looking for an experienced Website Developer based in Lahore to join their team on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills combined with hands-on SEO expertise to build, maintain, and optimize websites that offer excellent user experiences and effectively generate qualified leads. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to ensure the website supports business goals through high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance the company website focusing on performance, security, and scalability. Implement responsive, mobile-first designs that prioritize user experience (UX/UI). Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance. Apply on-page technical SEO best practices including schema markup, metadata, URL structure, internal linking, XML sitemaps, and redirects. Collaborate with marketing to create and optimize landing pages for campaigns and lead generation. Integrate third-party tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, tracking pixels, forms, and marketing automation software. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure maximum uptime.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in website development is essential. Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and modern web development techniques is required. Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO, website optimization, and improving Core Web Vitals is necessary. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush is expected. A solid understanding of website security, hosting environments, backups, and version control is important. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently are a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience working with real estate, luxury brands, or e-commerce websites is highly desirable. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and A/B testing will be an advantage. Familiarity with API integrations, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000.
