We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Web GIS Developer/GIS Specialist to support our GIS-based monitoring, spatial data management, and web mapping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Georeference maps, satellite imagery, and various spatial documents accurately.
- Digitize spatial features and boundaries with precision.
- Manage GIS layers, shapefiles, and associated attribute data effectively.
- Prepare professional GIS maps, layouts, and thematic visualizations for diverse projects.
- Maintain topology, coordinate systems, and ensure spatial accuracy standards are met.
- Support the development and maintenance of Web GIS applications and GIS dashboards.
- Update and validate spatial datasets to support operational monitoring systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in GIS.
- Proficient in GIS software such as ArcMap/ArcGIS and QGIS.
- Strong skills in managing shapefiles, spatial data, and map creation/editing.
- Knowledge of topology and coordinate systems, along with GIS layer management.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in GIS projects will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Web GIS and mapping services.
- Familiarity with GeoJSON, KML formats, and spatial databases.
- Exposure to government, urban management, infrastructure, or monitoring projects is an advantage.
