Web & Mobile App Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling digital interfaces that enhance user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and responsive designs aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and integrate user feedback to refine and improve design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain design consistency across various digital products and platforms to strengthen brand identity.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, functional, and aligned with technical and project requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a mid-level role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools essential for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, including user flows, wireframing, and prototyping techniques.
- Exceptional visual design skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
