Webflow Specialist

Wyne Technologies is a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in website development, search and paid media management, and increasingly leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks. We are seeking a skilled developer who can navigate both the complexities of existing live websites and the innovative, automated workflows we are building for the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the health of live websites built on WordPress, Elementor, Bricks, and Webflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, including urgent fixes when necessary.
- Create new pages, publish content, and implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Install and verify tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and call tracking, ensuring accurate data capture.
- Migrate websites to Webflow without losing search engine rankings by carefully managing redirects, metadata, schema, and other SEO elements.
- Develop AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive aspects of your work, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Three to six years of professional experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing environment; recent graduates are not suitable. Practical experience with older page builders is essential, having encountered and resolved real-world challenges.
- Strong expertise in Webflow, including CMS collections, components, and building scalable design systems rather than isolated styles.
- Proven experience with WordPress, Elementor, and Bricks, with a deep understanding necessary to effectively migrate sites from these platforms.
- Hands-on experience using AI as an active tool to automate tasks, not just as a predictive text aid; you should have built autonomous workflows that operate independently.
- Methodical and detail-oriented approach, prioritizing thorough planning and checklists before executing changes.
- Excellent written English communication skills, as you will collaborate directly with a North American team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
