Website Designer

Plutus21 is seeking a Freelance Website Designer to create modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly website designs. This is a project-based freelance role, where you will be engaged on an as-needed basis depending on upcoming website and digital design projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate business requirements and brand guidelines into compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Growth, Product, and Design teams to develop website concepts, landing pages, campaign pages, and other digital assets. This role involves working on individual projects from concept through final delivery, with flexibility based on project needs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and landing pages that align with brand standards.
- Create website layouts, page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate briefs, business requirements, and brand guidelines into effective and visually appealing website designs.
- Develop responsive experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Design landing pages focused on clarity, user engagement, and conversion optimization.
- Develop reusable design components to maintain visual consistency across multiple pages.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
- Review implemented designs and provide constructive feedback to maintain high design quality.
- Stay current with web design, UI/UX, and digital design trends to continually enhance design output.
- Make revisions based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Website Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing website and landing page designs.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent software.
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well with cross-functional teams.
