Plutus21 is seeking a Freelance Website Designer to deliver modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly website designs. This is a project-based freelance role, with engagement on an as-needed basis depending on upcoming website and digital design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate business needs and brand guidelines into compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Growth, Product, and Design teams to develop website concepts, landing pages, campaign pages, and other digital assets. The role involves managing projects from initial concept through to final delivery, with flexibility to adapt to varying project scopes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
- Create website layouts, page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate briefs, business requirements, and brand guidelines into effective website designs.
- Develop responsive experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Design landing pages focused on clarity, engagement, and conversion optimization.
- Develop reusable design components to maintain visual consistency across pages.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.
- Review implemented designs and provide constructive feedback to maintain design quality.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in web design, UI/UX, and digital design.
- Make revisions based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Website Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing website and landing page design work.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent software.
- Good grasp of typography, layout, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
