Key Responsibilities
The Website Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing websites in close collaboration with designers, project managers, and fellow developers. Daily tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, developing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role requires active participation in gathering and refining project requirements, conducting code reviews, testing new features, and ensuring websites adhere to best practices in performance, accessibility, and usability. Additionally, the developer will contribute to process improvements, maintain thorough documentation, and continuously enhance existing client websites to meet evolving needs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong front-end development skills, with expertise in creating responsive and user-friendly web interfaces. Solid back-end development experience is essential for building secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications. A comprehensive understanding of the full web development lifecycle—from planning and implementation to deployment and ongoing maintenance—is required.
