Chawla Group is seeking a skilled Welder proficient in both Electric Welding and Argon (TIG) Welding. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing precise welding tasks while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electric arc welding and Argon (TIG) welding on various metal components and structures.
- Interpret basic technical drawings and welding specifications accurately.
- Prepare metal surfaces and components prior to welding to ensure optimal results.
- Produce strong, precise, and high-quality weld joints that meet company standards.
- Inspect completed welds for defects and perform necessary corrections.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and consistently use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Electric Welding and Argon (TIG) Welding techniques.
- Practical knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and processes.
- Ability to identify and rectify common welding defects effectively.
- Understanding of metal fabrication and adherence to welding safety procedures.
- Technical certification or vocational training in welding is advantageous.
- Demonstrated qualities of hard work, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Working Hours
The position requires availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
