Welder - Sundar Raiwind, Lahore

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily inspection and preventive maintenance of extruders and related machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing equipment installation, and maintaining strict adherence to maintenance schedules. The position is based in Lahore, with work conducted on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of extruders and associated mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems promptly to maintain continuous production flow.
- Monitor the wear and tear of critical parts such as screws, barrels, and bearings, coordinating timely replacements to avoid equipment failure.
- Perform installation, alignment, and calibration of new or relocated mechanical machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain lubrication schedules for all moving parts, ensuring compliance with food-grade standards and safety protocols.
- Apply welding skills as required for repairs and maintenance tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, particularly with extruders and related machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of installation, alignment, and calibration procedures for mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with lubrication practices and adherence to food-grade standards.
- Basic welding skills to support maintenance and repair activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore and commit to full-time employment.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs65,000.
