Wellness Ambassador

Herbiotics Health Care is seeking a confident and well-presented Female Pharmacist to join their team as a Wellness Ambassador Trainer. This role is field-based and involves zone-wise travel to conduct training sessions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of Wellness Ambassadors and sales teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to communicate product benefits effectively and provide professional customer counseling. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the Wellness Ambassador team within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct zone-wise training sessions for Wellness Ambassadors to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Train teams on product benefits, usage, and key selling points to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
- Guide Wellness Ambassadors and sales staff in professional customer counseling and effective product communication.
- Organize regular refresher training sessions and evaluate the team’s understanding and performance.
- Collaborate with Zone and Area Managers to identify specific training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate product knowledge within the team.
- Provide constructive feedback on training effectiveness and team performance to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Pharm-D or B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sector is essential.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplements.
- Modern and professional appearance, with appropriate attire reflecting the company’s standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and train field teams effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel zone-wise to conduct training sessions in person.
