Wellness Specialist

Herbiotics Health Care is seeking a dynamic and motivated Wellness Specialist to join their team in Karachi. This field-based position involves educating pharmacy professionals, counseling customers, and promoting Herbiotics nutritional supplements. The role focuses on building product knowledge, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales through professional interactions within pharmacies and community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy Product Training:
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for pharmacy staff and pharmacists.
- Enhance their understanding of Herbiotics supplements, including benefits, proper usage, and recommendations.
- Educate pharmacy teams on nutritional supplements and effective customer counseling techniques.

Customer Counseling & Sales:
- Provide guidance to customers visiting pharmacies regarding their nutritional needs and appropriate Herbiotics products.
- Clearly explain product benefits, usage instructions, and recommendations in a professional manner.
- Drive sales by engaging customers effectively and offering personalized counseling.
- Consistently achieve assigned daily sales targets.

Health Camps & Screening Activities:
- Organize and conduct health awareness and screening camps at designated locations.
- Perform basic health assessments such as blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, where trained and authorized.
- Offer relevant product information tailored to customer needs within the scope of professional practice.

Required Qualifications
- A Pharm-D degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vitamins, minerals, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to conduct product presentations and pharmacy training sessions.
- Strong customer counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Karachi for pharmacy visits and health camps.
