The Senior Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and internal tools that support INFOTICS Academy’s training platforms and operational needs. This position involves implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring application security, performance, and scalability. The role requires close collaboration with instructors and operations teams to translate training and business requirements into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities also include reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural and technology decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Korangi District, requiring active engagement with the local team and participation in the academy’s technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive CSS.
- Build and optimize back-end services, RESTful APIs, and database interactions.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability in all development efforts.
- Integrate third-party systems and tools to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructors and operations staff, to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality software engineering standards.
- Mentor and support junior developers to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in architectural and technology decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack development with a track record of delivering production-ready web applications.
- Proficiency in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS for creating responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Strong back-end development skills, including RESTful API design, database management, authentication, and application security best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control systems (such as Git), testing methodologies, and CI/CD workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor less-experienced team members.
