We're Hiring: HR Executive/Officer (BPO Experience Required)

Royal BPO (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a BPO or call center environment and possess strong expertise in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management activities, ensuring timely appraisals and feedback.
- Administer payroll and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Utilize HR Information Systems (HRMS) for record-keeping and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR role within a BPO or call center setting.
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience with payroll administration and compliance management.
- Ability to effectively implement HR policies and resolve employee grievances.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRMS) is essential.
- Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
