We are seeking a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at our office located in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and 50,000. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for graphic design and a desire to grow professionally by producing original and visually compelling work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create social media posts, marketing creatives, banners, and other visual materials.
- Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy to produce high-quality designs.
- Follow detailed design briefs and ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, accept constructive feedback, and continuously improve design outputs.
- Maintain creativity and attention to detail in all projects, ensuring originality and quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
- Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color combinations, and layout techniques.
- Ability to develop original designs without reliance on AI-generated content.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous design work is mandatory to showcase skills and creativity.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
