WE'RE HIRING | SALES OFFICER – FMCG

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Officer for a leading FMCG company specializing in shampoo and hair care products. This role is based in Karachi and requires an onsite presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product distribution, and enhancing brand visibility throughout the city. This position is ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, particularly within the hair care or personal care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for shampoo and hair care product lines.
- Expand distribution channels by engaging with general trade and wholesale markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure consistent product availability, optimal shelf placement, and increased brand visibility in retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns, to stay competitive in the market.
- Prepare and submit daily reports detailing market visits and sales performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven FMCG field sales experience, preferably in hair care or personal care products.
- In-depth knowledge of Karachi’s retail and wholesale market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license to facilitate market visits.
