Fetch Dispatch Services, a sister company of Sociolyze, is seeking an experienced Trucking Dispatch Sales Agent to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trucking dispatch sales, with a proven track record of closing deals with clients and carriers. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard carriers across multiple trucking categories including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Box Truck.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for new carriers and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with carriers to maximize company profitability while meeting client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure carrier compliance and service quality.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in trucking dispatch sales, specifically in carrier acquisition and client onboarding.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and converting leads into clients within the trucking industry.
- Familiarity with different types of trucking equipment, including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Box Truck.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
