WE'RE HIRING TRUCKING DISPATCH SALES AGENT

Fetch Dispatch Services, a sister company of Sociolyze, is seeking an experienced Trucking Dispatch Sales Agent to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trucking dispatch sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and onboarding carriers and clients. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships within the trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard carriers across various trucking segments, including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Box Truck.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients and carriers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients to support ongoing business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with carriers and clients to maximize company profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely dispatch operations.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in trucking dispatch sales and client/carrier closing.
- Demonstrated success in carrier acquisition and client onboarding within the trucking industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for closing deals.
- Familiarity with multiple trucking equipment types, including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and Box Truck.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
