The Western Fashion Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi South District. The designer will be responsible for creating Western-style apparel collections using the company’s innovative textiles, managing the process from initial concept sketches through to final sample production. This position requires a hands-on approach to design, ensuring that each collection aligns with the brand’s identity and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct trend research and develop creative design concepts for Western apparel collections.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and select appropriate fabrics and trims.
- Oversee fittings to ensure accurate silhouettes and garment construction.
- Collaborate closely with pattern makers, sample rooms, and embroidery teams, providing clear design direction and constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to maintain quality standards and ensure collections meet market needs.
- Integrate embroidery and embellishments seamlessly into designs.
- Utilize design software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO, or similar programs for both creative and technical tasks.
- Maintain effective communication and teamwork within cross-functional, on-site teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Western apparel design with strong fashion design skills.
- Solid knowledge of textiles, including fabric properties, garment construction, and application techniques.
- Proficiency in embroidery design and the integration of embellishments into fashion collections.
- Expertise in garment fitting, construction details, and pattern adjustment for precise fit.
- Competency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of trend analysis, color theory, and collection planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with diverse teams.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
