WordPress, CMS & Shopify Developer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled WordPress, CMS, and Shopify Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of websites and eCommerce projects, contributing to the development, customization, and maintenance of online platforms. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and managing WordPress and Shopify sites, ensuring they are responsive, optimized, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites to meet client requirements.
- Build and customize Shopify stores, including themes and sections, to enhance user experience.
- Utilize CMS platforms effectively to create and manage websites.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and Elementor-based sites for tailored solutions.
- Modify Shopify themes, work with Liquid code, apps, and integrate third-party services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website and eCommerce issues promptly.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive, optimized for performance, and user-friendly across devices.
- Work with APIs and third-party integrations as needed to extend functionality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Shopify Liquid templating language.
- Experience working with Elementor, WordPress plugins, Shopify themes, and apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges.
- Ability to translate project requirements into functional and effective solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and development methodologies.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms to assist with research, coding, troubleshooting, and accelerating delivery.
- Ability to critically review, understand, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

The position requires working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT) to ensure overlap with client schedules. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
