Wordpress Developer (Divi Builder & Bricks Builder)

We are looking for a skilled Wordpress Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development, customization, and maintenance of high-performance Wordpress websites for international clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both Divi Builder and Bricks Builder, along with expertise in custom theme and plugin development, website optimization, and third-party integrations. You will be responsible for translating design requirements into responsive, visually appealing, secure, and scalable Wordpress sites while adhering to clean coding standards. This role is based in Karachi or Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, and requires availability during EST time zone working hours. A minimum of two years of professional Wordpress development experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Wordpress websites and web applications.
- Build responsive, high-quality websites using Divi Builder and Bricks Builder.
- Create custom layouts, templates, reusable components, and dynamic content structures with both builders.
- Customize existing Wordpress themes and develop custom themes and plugins as needed.
- Convert Figma or PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Wordpress websites.
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and overall performance.
- Develop and customize WooCommerce features, including product pages, checkout processes, and payment gateway integrations.
- Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and external services.
- Ensure website security, backups, maintainability, and version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with USA-based clients and team members during required working hours.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Wordpress development, customization, and maintenance.
- Mandatory expertise in both Divi Builder and Bricks Builder; experience with only one builder will not meet the requirement.
- Proficiency in PHP, including object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience developing custom Wordpress themes, plugins, templates, and reusable components.
- WooCommerce development and customization experience.
- Good understanding of MySQL databases and query optimization.
- Experience working with Wordpress REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with other page builders like Elementor or WPBakery is a plus.
- Strong grasp of responsive design, website performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of Wordpress security best practices, backups, and updates.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to work consistently during EST time zone hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience working with USA-based clients or international development teams.
- Familiarity with hosting environments such as cPanel, VPS, and cloud hosting.
- Experience with headless Wordpress architectures.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design implementation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Proven track record of optimizing websites built with Divi Builder and Bricks Builder.
