Wordpress Developer

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing professional WordPress websites. Attention to detail, strong technical expertise, and the ability to deliver responsive, secure, and user-friendly websites are essential. This role involves working closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, secure, and user-friendly WordPress websites tailored to project needs.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific requirements.
- Build and manage WooCommerce websites, including payment gateway integrations.
- Convert Figma or other design files into fully functional WordPress pages.
- Maintain existing websites by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Enhance website speed, performance, security, and SEO structure.
- Perform regular updates, backups, migrations, and manage staging-to-production deployments.
- Troubleshoot compatibility issues related to layouts, plugins, and hosting environments.
- Integrate third-party APIs, forms, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.
- Test websites across multiple browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
- Strong expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor.
- Experience with custom themes, child themes, and plugin customization.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques and security best practices.
- Familiarity with cPanel, hosting environments, DNS management, and website migration processes.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and time management.

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.
