Wordpress Developer

WayTech Solutions is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in building and customizing WordPress websites, focusing on creating fast, responsive, and visually engaging designs. This role requires close collaboration with design and marketing teams to deliver user-friendly websites while handling technical tasks such as plugin integration, site optimization, and troubleshooting. The position offers exposure to international projects and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working hours are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites tailored to client specifications. Build custom themes, templates, and plugins that align with project requirements. Design visually appealing websites featuring smooth on-scroll animations and transitions to enhance user engagement. Optimize website speed, security, and overall performance to ensure a seamless user experience. Manage hosting environments, domain configurations, and perform website migrations efficiently. Quickly debug and resolve technical issues to maintain uninterrupted service. Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs to extend website functionality. Ensure all websites are fully responsive and accessible across various devices. Work closely with design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development is essential. Proven experience working on US-based projects, demonstrating familiarity with international standards and client expectations. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is required. Strong expertise with the WordPress platform and Elementor page builder is necessary. Experience implementing on-scroll animations and smooth transitions is highly valued. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently. Hands-on experience with hosting management, including cPanel and website migration processes. Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques to optimize website speed and performance. Ability to develop responsive, high-quality websites that perform well on all devices. Strong communication skills and effective time-management abilities are important for this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
