US Mobile is at the forefront of wireless communication innovation, aiming to create a unified network accessible to anyone, anywhere, on any device. The company fosters a culture of empowerment, agility, and challenging conventional approaches. We are currently looking for a Workforce Analyst based in Lahore to help answer vital questions about human capacity—how much is needed, where it should be allocated, the associated costs, and the returns generated. This role extends beyond traditional workforce management by designing models and systems that bring clarity to capacity decisions and exploring complex issues such as demand forecasting, the value of handle time, and optimal allocation of human effort as AI increasingly automates tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and model the demand landscape by analyzing fluctuations in customer contact driven by growth, product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends, providing proactive insights to leadership.
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable capacity strategies, determining the number of personnel required, skill sets, channel allocation, costs, and expected service levels.
- Develop the people component of workforce models by examining hiring, ramp-up periods, tenure, performance, and attrition to identify levers that enhance productivity and retention of Product Experience Specialists (PSEs).
- Collaborate closely with developers and AI teams to integrate forecasts, business rules, and operational signals into the company’s proprietary workforce platform, converting analysis into scalable systems.
- Identify hidden insights within data, such as unrecognized demand, inefficient capacity usage, or misleading performance metrics.
- Experiment with new operating models, channel mixes, and staffing strategies while partnering with Operations, People, and Product Experience teams across Pakistan and the US, representing workforce perspectives in key operational decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or a data-driven role where your analysis influenced tangible business outcomes.
- Proficiency in forecasting and statistical methods, including the ability to analyze trends, seasonality, and uncertainty, with a critical eye for data beyond surface-level interpretation.
- Strong curiosity about the human factors behind capacity models, with a keen interest in what drives employee retention, growth, and performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- A builder’s mindset that prioritizes automation and scalable solutions over repetitive manual reporting.
- Ability to work independently, managing projects from initial inquiry through to final decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Ideal candidates enjoy questioning existing dashboards to uncover missing insights, prefer building decision-making models over manual processes, and have a balanced fascination with both people and numbers. US Mobile values innovative thinkers who proactively leverage data to identify improved approaches without waiting for permission.
The company offers a competitive salary, flexible working hours, a fast-paced and impactful work environment, meal and transport allowances, a vibrant startup culture, and comprehensive health coverage.
