Arthur Lawrence is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as US Recruiters. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building strong candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for various US-based job openings.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the overall recruitment process efficiently.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure recruitment targets are met.
- Maintain professional communication with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work onsite during the shift from 6 PM to 3 AM.
- Recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Location: Onsite
Shift Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM
Compensation: Rs 60,000 to Rs 65,000 per hour
