YouTube Automation Expert (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled YouTube Automation Expert to develop and scale YouTube channels through systematic, semi-automated processes. This role involves managing the entire content production pipeline, including research, scripting, voiceover, editing, thumbnail creation, SEO, and publishing. The ideal candidate will use AI-assisted workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality content output while optimizing for YouTube’s algorithm to drive channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end YouTube content systems, including niche research, scripting, production, thumbnail design, SEO, and publishing.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows to maintain consistent and scalable content creation.
- Optimize video titles, thumbnails, viewer retention, session time, and subscriber growth to align with YouTube’s algorithm.
- Monitor and report weekly growth metrics, focusing on subscribers, watch time, and inbound leads.
- Convert channel growth into measurable business outcomes such as increased subscribers, watch time, and lead generation.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in growing YouTube channels using automation-assisted workflows, supported by a portfolio showcasing channels and subscriber/view statistics.
- Proficiency in YouTube SEO and video packaging techniques.
- Familiarity with AI tools for scripting, voiceover, and video editing.
- Strong understanding of YouTube policies and commitment to clean, compliant growth strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize content performance accordingly.
