We are seeking a full-time YouTube Script Writer to join our fast-growing, faceless YouTube channel based in Lahore DHA Phase 6. Our channel focuses on smartphone and tech leaks, delivering thoroughly researched and trustworthy content about upcoming devices from brands like Samsung, Apple, Pixel, and more. The role involves owning the entire research-to-script process, crafting engaging, fact-based stories that resonate with an audience that values accuracy and compelling storytelling over personality-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the latest smartphone leaks and news, uncovering the authentic story behind each update.
- Rigorously fact-check all claims using multiple reliable sources, avoiding hype, speculation, or AI-generated inaccuracies.
- Transform complex specifications and rumors into clear, concise scripts that maintain high viewer retention, featuring strong hooks and a coherent narrative flow.
- Write consistently in the channel’s established voice and pacing, ensuring every line adds value and keeps the audience engaged.
- Collaborate on developing video angles, titles, and thumbnail concepts designed to maximize clicks and viewer interest.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience writing scripts or a portfolio demonstrating the ability to capture and hold audience attention effectively.
- Genuine interest and knowledge in smartphones and technology.
- Strong research skills and a keen eye for fact-checking, as sourcing is critical to our content’s credibility.
- Understanding of audience retention techniques, including hooks, open loops, pacing, and editing out unnecessary information.
- Clear, punchy, and conversational writing style in English.
- Dependable and receptive to feedback, with a commitment to meeting consistent deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience writing for faceless YouTube channels focused on smartphones or technology.
- Familiarity with YouTube’s title, thumbnail strategies, and audience psychology to help optimize content performance.
- Knowledge of the phone leak ecosystem, including key leakers, media outlets, and typical leak patterns.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
- Work schedule includes six working days per week.
- Opportunity to work directly with the channel owner on every video, providing close collaboration and mentorship.
If you are passionate about tech and storytelling and thrive in a research-driven environment, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to a trusted source of smartphone news and leaks. Candidates interested in applying should prepare a brief note explaining why the role suits them along with links to scripts, videos, or writing samples that showcase their skills.
We look forward to reviewing applications from talented writers ready to join a dynamic team focused on delivering accurate and engaging tech content.
