YouTube Video Editor

VidCity, a dynamic video production and animation agency based in Karachi, collaborates with YouTube creators and brands across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. We are seeking a skilled YouTube Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging videos that captivate audiences until the very end. This role primarily involves editing faceless content, where you will craft the story, pacing, visuals, and sound from the ground up while working closely with our team from initial edit to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit faceless YouTube videos using scripts and raw assets, delivering polished final exports.
- Source and integrate relevant B-roll footage to enhance storytelling.
- Perform sound design, including music selection, sound effects, and ensuring a clean audio mix.
- Apply color grading techniques to maintain a consistent and professional visual style.
- Meet project deadlines and respond promptly to feedback for revisions.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
- Demonstrated experience editing faceless video content.
- Keen eye for selecting appropriate B-roll and managing pacing effectively.
- Competency in sound design and color grading to elevate video quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Submission of a portfolio or sample work is mandatory for consideration.

Job Details
- Position: YouTube Video Editor
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Salary: Up to PKR 75,000, commensurate with skills and experience
- Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13A, Karachi
