Youtube Video Editor & Motion Graphics Animation

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor and Motion Graphics Expert to join our team, specializing in creating engaging YouTube documentary videos in styles similar to Vox and Moon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and motion graphics, with a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and sound design. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while producing high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce documentary-style videos for YouTube, incorporating motion graphics and animations.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually compelling content.
- Source and integrate relevant B-roll footage, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Apply a strong understanding of pacing, typography, and sound design to maintain viewer engagement.
- Edit content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and traditional YouTube formats.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure videos meet brand standards and creative vision.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics, with at least one year preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of storytelling techniques, pacing, typography, and sound design.
- Ability to independently source and incorporate B-roll, graphics, and animations.
- Experience editing content specifically for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Intermediate level education is preferred.
- This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lahore, with the office located near Lower Mall Road, close to NCA.
- The role follows a morning shift schedule.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the office.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs70,000 to Rs95,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
